The saying on the card actually says "Follow your heart wherever it takes you, and be happy. Life is very fragile and only loaned to us for a while." It came from a pack of sentiments on vellum that I purchased at Hobby Lobby. The stamp I purchased at a local store. The paper is just scrap cardstock that I have laying around. You can't tell but I used my sakura stardust pen on the center of the flowers after coloring in the stamp. I used the CM frosted splits but on the blue it still is quite noticable. Then of course the ribbon on the top easily tied in a bow. I used my sakura souffle grey pen for the decorating around the rectangles.

You'll always be my friend
This is a card that I made for a friend a few days ago. I just love the stamp and it happens to fit us perfectly. I used watercolor pens to color it in and my sakura stardust pen for the girls earrings. The paper is CM and I also used fiber and a brad. I hope that she likes it. I found out today that her oldest daughter fell at the skating rink and broke her elbow. She is 6. I'll be praying for her.
Here is a pic of my kids in their rubber boots. They were getting ready to help me feed the animals. Trust me, the boots didn't stay clean for long LOL!
For better pics of them I decided to take these earlier today. Now you know who I'm talking about in my posts. This is Kaitlyn.
The red head (left) is Kaleb and on the right is Kyle. please remember out house is still under construction. The stairs are one of the still remaining projects.

chick in egg
Here is another file that my kids decided that they adored. Hopefully you will also. I did this the other day and decided to go ahead and share. Not too many people are getting these files. PLEASE tell your friends.
I had a wonderful weekend. I hope that you did also. Friday my husband went out of town and decided to treat myself to Applebee's. I ended up staying there for quite a long time even though I got my order to go. I ended up locking my keys in my Durango! Oh well, I got to talk to a lot of people that I'd never meet before. Saturday my husband worked OT at Duke energy, I had to run about a hour south of where I live. On the way I decided to take a detour and see the Jeep that my soon to be sister-in-law and brother-in-law rolled that morning. They were quite lucky. Both walked out with very minor injuries and the Jeep actually looked fairly well for being rolled. I say God was definately watching out for them without a doubt. I then decided to go and buy all 3 of my children new tennis shoes. Sunday was a lazy day. Every other weekend I go to church. When my husband is off work I stay with him since he will not go. We ended up watching a few movies and hanging out for quite a peaceful day.
Today my twins decided that they wanted rubber boots since it is so muddy here and I won't let them even out to feed the animals since I do not want to deal with a bunch of mud in my house. Today I gave in. When they go out to help with the animals I will have to take a picture of all 3 in their new green and red boots.

Easter Mouse with eggs
I put this card together quickly last night. I just love the little mouse winking holding the easter eggs. I colored the mouse and eggs and added glitter with my sakura stardust pen. I stamped happy easter with black and decided to also stardust it. I thought later that I should have embossed it but oh well, maybe another time. I added citrus fiber to the bottom. The green paper is CM out of a storybox. Also used primas and brads.

Found one working drive
At least for now. I'm not sure how long it will last. I had to unplug my printer and put my store n go there. At least I'm able to do something though. I also have to use the other computer that is unable to hook onto the internet to even accomplish this feat. This is another christmas card I've accomplished. It is quite simple I didn't have a lot of time, but wanted to play with some paper anyways.
I decided to also show a few scrapbook pages I've thrown together. Sorry you have to turn your head different ways to actually view them. The first is of my daughter Kaitlyn in the fall, it's here first grade pic. The border set I actually received in a border swap on www.scrapshare.com The next ones are a DPS of Easter 06 (Yeah I'm majorly behind I end up doing pages and not putting them into their books yet so that I can hopefully actually get caught up one day). The last one is a close up of the stamp I used on the right page. How cute is it? I got that stamp from a secret bunny swap on scrapshare.
